I lead frontend teams and architecture across banking, proptech, insurance, analytics, advertising platforms, Web3 and startup products. My work combines team leadership, AI-assisted engineering, Next.js, React, TypeScript, micro-frontends, design systems and pragmatic product execution.
Profile
I am a builder who has spent the last decade-plus taking frontend work beyond implementation: defining architecture, leading teams, mentoring engineers, breaking monoliths, creating component libraries, planning migrations and making product delivery more predictable.
I also use AI as a practical engineering layer: GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex CLI, Google Gravity-style workflows, prompt-driven exploration, AI-assisted refactoring, documentation drafts, implementation planning and review preparation. The value is speed with judgment: AI helps produce drafts and options, while architecture, quality and team decisions remain intentional.
AI delivery
AI-supported product work for appointment flows, internal management screens and public web presence. The focus is practical: clarify the domain, generate implementation paths, review edge cases and ship usable increments.
Daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI and Codex CLI to accelerate repository exploration, code generation, refactors, debugging, documentation and repeatable engineering tasks.
Use of Google Gravity-style AI workflows for ideation, interface exploration and fast validation of product direction before committing engineering time.
AI output is treated as a draft, not as authority: every change still goes through architecture judgment, local validation, code review, maintainability checks and product fit.
Leadership
Since atmira, and later through SingularCover and Clikalia, my role has consistently included tech lead responsibilities: shaping technical direction, helping teams grow, protecting delivery focus, coordinating developers and translating complexity into clear decisions.
Experience
Squad Lead for Banksy, the new digital onboarding platform for CaixaBank customers. I lead a small team of three people, combining delivery coordination, technical decision-making and hands-on implementation in a SPA built with internal custom components and a frontend architecture designed for complex banking flows. My work includes a dynamic KYC engine based on the questions required for each customer profile, Formik-based dynamic forms, high-coverage automated testing and a transition toward more agentic software development with skills and agents created by the Banksy team together with CaixaBank Tech's internal AI team.
Designed and developed the new website architecture by modularizing Clikalia business verticals with Turborepo. Each module used Next.js and a custom TypeScript component library created from scratch to keep UI behavior consistent with the design system and adaptable to different countries. Led frontend decisions around testing with Jest, Cypress and Cucumber, internal micro-frontends with module federation, and migrations from JavaScript to TypeScript and from SASS to styled-components. This work combined architecture, mentoring, team coordination and technical standardization.
Owned the technical stack for a Web3 generative art platform. Built algorithms to manipulate SVG colors based on token numbers, implemented a Node.js thumbnail service, integrated a React/Web3.js minting website with ERC721 and ERC1155 token specifications, developed Solidity smart contracts for Ethereum and created a rarity site for minted Gradis tokens.
Co-founded a digital product initiative in Barcelona, combining product thinking, technical decision-making and hands-on execution. Applied startup leadership, prioritization, product discovery and iterative delivery practices.
Worked as Frontend Team Lead, breaking a frontend monolith into a more maintainable architecture. Created a custom component library and an architecture and communication layer that allowed React to focus on UI while communicating with services such as Contentful and Phrase. Led decisions around React Context, shared UI contracts and team standards.
Worked as Frontend Team Lead for the new Online Banking of AndBank with a team of five developers, building a React, Redux Saga, TypeScript, React Testing Library and Material-UI frontend. Also led the frontend of Sirec, a multilingual debt recovery platform owned by atmira, coordinating a team of twelve developers and reengineering the frontend using Angular 9 micro-frontends. Participated in CaixaBank's Silk team to define a new frontend architecture based on micro-frontends and Stencil web components, designing core modules for communication, authentication and internationalization so teams could migrate existing CaixaBank applications.
Helped develop new frontend architecture for CaixaBank and BPI Bank. Focused on architectural foundations, reusable frontend patterns, migration paths and technical guidance for teams working on banking products.
Co-founded a local product discovery mobile initiative in Barcelona. Worked on product direction, app concept, delivery planning and technical execution for a React Native-style product experience.
Worked on the new UserZoom analytics application from scratch with a four-person team. Built the analytics UI using the React and Redux ecosystem and developed a Tableau Web Data Connector so users could handle research data beyond the default analytics interface.
Built three single-page applications for campaign metrics used by clients and publishers, using React, Redux and ES6 promises to consume multiple ADman APIs. Also worked on the Ruby on Rails administration platform with MySQL, integrating Asana, Pipedrive and Slack to automate campaign administration, task creation and notification workflows.
Worked as PHP and Ruby on Rails developer on an online language-learning product, using Linux, Redis, MongoDB and jQuery. Contributed to product features, backend integration and frontend interactions.
Worked across iOS development, Microsoft Dexterity specialization and support for open-source platforms such as Joomla and WordPress. Combined enterprise software knowledge with web platform delivery.
Delivered web development, website traffic work, UI improvements, social media management and advertising technology. Built web software with Ruby on Rails and PHP using open-source CMS platforms such as WordPress and OpenCart.
Assigned to DESCA for customization and support of ERP Microsoft Dynamics GP. Developed Visual Studio C# web tools for Dynamics GP generated documents, access control systems for DESCA offices, the Teaching Module for Fundación Bigott in Caracas and communication interfaces for payroll applications.
Worked as MS Dexterity developer for ERP Microsoft Dynamics GP, building and customizing tax, human resources, teaching and commission calculation modules. Modified reports in MS Report Writer for SINCA clients.
